Donations support the appeal or fund you choose at the time of giving. Our work currently focuses on nutritious meals and emergency assistance for families in Lebanon and Gaza, and we are developing further programs as the foundation grows.
Sadaqah and Zakat are held as separate funds and are never mixed. Zakat is given only to people who are eligible to receive it under the categories named in the Qur’an. Sadaqah supports our work wherever the need is greatest.
Sometimes an appeal raises more than it needs, or a program is completed. If that happens, we may direct your donation to a similar program where it is needed most, so that no gift sits unused. We will always tell donors when this happens.
Donations are processed in Canadian dollars through Donorbox, using the payment methods shown on the donation form. You will receive an email confirmation for every gift.
You may choose to give once or every month. You can change or cancel a monthly donation at any time through the link in your confirmation email, or by contacting us at info@bbglobalfoundation.com.
Every donor receives an email confirmation of their gift. Our charitable registration in Canada is in progress. Until it is complete we are not able to issue official tax receipts, and we will update donors as soon as this changes.
If you have made a donation by mistake, donated twice, or entered the wrong amount, please contact us at info@bbglobalfoundation.com within 30 days. Where the funds have not already been committed to a program, we will refund the donation to the original payment method. Processing fees charged by the payment provider may not be recoverable.
